How to Make Fenugreek Boneless Chicken Thighs Recipe

This recipe is so easy to make! You just season the chicken, and grill – either inside or outside!

Add all the chicken thighs to a large bowl and season. Mix well. You can allow it to marinate for up to 24hrs before cooking for even better flavor.

We cooked this recipe originally on the center griddle of our stove on high heat. If your stove doesn’t have a griddle, you can get a griddle here. They are super helpful for cooking large batches of meat for meal prep. Or you could also use a skillet starting on medium heat.

Alternatively, you could also cook it outside on the grill.

Oil your pan before starting to make sure it doesn’t stick too much. We use grapeseed oil because it’s good for high heat, but you could also use olive oil or whatever you prefer.

Place the chicken on the grill and allow to cook 3-5 minutes before flipping. Then cook for 5 minutes on the other side before flipping again. Continue like this, flipping back and forth, until the internal temp reaches 165 degrees.

Take off the grill, serve and enjoy.

What to serve with fenugreek chicken?

For side dishes, you can serve this versatile chicken thigh recipe with just about anything. For dinner, it goes well with a baked potato, sweet potato or fries, and with a salad, or your favorite green vegetable.

This recipe goes nicely with this Asparagus and Mushroom Recipe for a super healthy, easy side dish.

If you follow my easy method for making freezer meals before baby, this recipe would be a great one to make.

You could easily make 2-4 of this freezer meal very quickly. Then you don’t have to worry about what’s for dinner later! Make sure you have some potatoes in the pantry and frozen veggies in the freezer and bam you have a back up meal you can throw together in minutes.

Defrost the night before so that you can easily throw on the grill.

Forget to defrost? No worries! Pop it right on the grill like that, and peel off the pieces as they defrost. Takes a little longer to cook, but it works. You could also toss the frozen thighs in the instant pot for 15 minutes, with a 5 minute natural release if in a pinch.
