Eating healthy during pregnancy is super important for feeling your best and growing a healthy baby. You probably have a pretty good idea of the extra nutrients you need while pregnant. But it can be time consuming and exhausting trying to find meals and recipes that fit the way you want to eat. This list of out favorite pregnancy recipes can help make it easier for you to figure out what to eat while pregnant. 

These pregnancy recipes follow a few healthy eating principles. They focus on:

  • clean eating and real food based recipes

  • easy to make – we include lots of crock pot and instant pot recipes, and recipes that can be made in under 30 minutes.

But how do you do that? What do you actually eat?

Pinterest and Google are the 2 best places to start your search for meals to eat while pregnant.  

Remember to look for recipes that follow the basic principles of a healthy pregnancy diet

Search by:

  • cravings – what do you feel like eating? Often your body is sending you signals during pregnancy on what to eat. Find a healthy way to follow your cravings. 
  • meal – breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert or snack
  • cooking method – want to cook on the stove, bake, use the crock pot or instant pot, or just grab and go.
