Meal planning is not just about getting dinner on the table it’s also about creating WELLNESS - for yourself and your family!

This is something I’m really passionate about because as a new mom, I knew NOTHING about meal planning and the struggle to figure out what to feed myself and family caused A LOT of stress.

Knowing what I know now, I realize my lack of knowledge also caused health problems, and contributed to not feeling my best….which led to all kinds of issues in my life.

And I don’t want that for you.

I want to share what I’ve learned so you can hopefully avoid some of the undue stress and struggle.

Once I figured out that what I put in my body matters, and how well I care for myself translates into a better day, a happier mama and a greater sense of balance, I became ALL IN so to speak, on healthy habits and merging that with meal planning.

There are A LOT of diets out there...whole 30, paleo. Keto, gluten free, vegan, yea you know… that’s not what this month long challenge is going to be about.

It’s going to be about finding out what works for YOU! Because I could tell you how I do it, and that might be helpful for like a week, or even a month, but at some point it fizzes out. You know, what it’s like trying to stick to a diet, right?

What you need is a lifestyle….habits that make sense for YOU, foods that help YOU feel your best, and a plan to make it happen.

And once you figure it out, and see how to integrate it into you day, it becomes easier and easier and before you know it, it’s just the way you live.
